Northwest Heating Solutions (now HeatElectric) wanted to create an office space, gym & a warehouse.
They asked MDfitout for advice to gain all of the above, the only option was to install a mezzanine floor to utilise the space as best as possible..
Ground floor – 10 person sales office with a 6 m high fire rated dividing partition to create a warehouse.
Top floor – state of the art gym, welfare area with a shower, male and female changing rooms.
The client has really thought about the wellbeing of his staff by giving them the opportunity to use the gym equipment and remain active and healthy.
